Texting and Driving Prevention Scholarship
At Hodge & Langley Law Firm, we are well aware of the tragic impact that distracted driving has on the lives of families across South Carolina and the nation. While technological breakthroughs have led to tremendous improvements in science and exploration, they have also resulted in a substantial increase in distracted driving accidents.
As personal injury attorneys, we have seen firsthand the life-changing effects that these collisions cause for both victims and their families.
We are pleased to announce our Texting and Driving Prevention Scholarship. The scholarship is for $1,000. We hope that this essay contest will help spread awareness of the dangers posed by distracted driving and inspire young people to think critically about creative ways to curb the epidemic.
To enter, please submit a 500-word essay that discusses how young people can prevent themselves and others from driving while distracted. Feel free to discuss your personal relationship with this issue and to provide useful prevention tips to increase safety for everyone on the road.
