T. Ryan Langley
T. Ryan Langley joined what was then the Hodge Law Firm in 2007 after practicing at Alston & Bird in Atlanta following law school at the University of South Carolina. While in law school, Mr. Langley was Editor in Chief of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal, a publication distributed to over 30,000 subscribers nationwide. Mr. Langley attended law school as a Carolina Legal Scholar, was the recipient of the Strom Thurmond merit scholarship in law, and upon graduation was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe in recognition of his competitively superior record in legal studies.
Mr. Langley is currently a partner at Hodge & Langley Law Firm, where he focuses on cases involving injuries related to medical devices, motor vehicle collisions, and federal civil rights violations. He was rated by his peers in the profession and the judiciary as AV Preeminent through Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest level of professional excellence.
Active in the community, Mr. Langley is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg, where he serves on the Ushers Guild and has previously served on the Stewardship Committee. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the Salvation Army of Spartanburg and previously chaired the Toast of the Town Committee, the major yearly fundraiser for the Salvation Army in Spartanburg. In 2014, Mr. Langley chaired the March of Dimes Spartanburg Chef's Auction and helped raise in excess of $100,000 for research that will help prevent problems related to premature birth. When not working, enjoying time with family, or volunteering, he enjoys golf and hunting.
